Forestville graduate appointed Circuit Court Judge State of New Hampshire
Polly L. Hall, a graduate of Forestville Central School, was unanimously confirmed by the New Hampshire Executive Council to serve as a judge on the Circuit Court of New Hampshire on July 14.
Hall was nominated to the lifetime position by Governor Chris Sununu in June. The Circuit Court hears family issues, probate estate and small claims matters and non-felony criminal cases. She was a partner in the law firm of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer in Pourtsmouth.
She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law, where she was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy award. She received a bachelor of arts from the University at Buffalo and is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Pi.
Hall resides in Durham with her husband, Robert Carty and two daughters, Erin and Elizabeth.
