President Lisa Kozlowski opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by a moment of silence for the 17 members that passed away in 2016.

The annual financial report was read by Financial Secretary Lori Richardson.

Kozlowski then gave a report on the capital improvements and repairs made to the building in the past year.

Questions were then fielded from the group under the ‘good of the club’ category.

Elections of officers for the year 2017 were then held. Appointed marshal was Joe Rozen, naming tellers Len Fijal, Mike Makuch and Joe Bartelo.

Kozlowski was re-elected as president, as were Ray Rushboldt, vice-president; Richardson, financial secretary; Joan Woods, treasurer, and Sue Byczynski, director. Brenda Meyers was elected recording secretary; Stella Michalak, director; and Sue Kaus, auditor. The oath of office was administered by the marshal.

President Kozlowski thanked outgoing recording secretary Beth Kozlowski for her years of service on the board.

The meeting was adjourned. Refreshments and live music by the band, Zen City, followed in the club rooms.
