Submitted Photo

Cub Scout Pack 252 held its annual Blue and Gold banquet on Feb. 3. The Blue and Gold is a yearly celebration of the birthday of Cub Scouting. Boys in all ranks received awards on Saturday and everyone enjoyed a spaghetti dinner. Following the meal, the 5th grade boys (Webelos) received their Arrow of Light rank, the highest award in Cub Scouts. The Webelos then crossed the bridge to Boy Scout Troop 252. Cub Scout Pack 252 is comprised of boys from Forestville and Silver Creek in kindergarten through fifth grade. For information on the pack, email CubScoutPack252BSA@gmail.com. Pictured on the bridge are the Webelo Scouts: Gary Dudek, Johnathan Castle, Riley Pezone and Tanner Templin (missing from photo is Owen Manning). In the back row from left are Cubmaster Dominic Baez, Boy Scouts Leif Meyer, Steve Schade, Ian Woods, Elijah Meyer and Scoutmaster Kurt Meyer.
