‘Murder at the Beaver Club’ scheduled for March 3

The cast members met for a first read of the hilarious murder mystery, “Murder at the Beaver Club,” written by Ralph Blasting, chairman of the Fine Arts Department at Fredonia.

The play takes place at the Fredonia Beaver Club and the ensemble includes several Fredonia students, but also some locals, including Lynda Mosher, Paulette Barreca, Adam Karnes, Sam and Sally Crisanti, Ralph Blasting and Nance Ortolano.

The performance is scheduled for Saturday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Beaver Club, but you would want to get there early just in case….oops, I am not spilling the fava beans about it! The cost of the tickets is $20 and includes Italian finger foods, (meatball sliders, flat bread pizzas, antipasti), desserts, coffee – drinks can be purchased at the cash bar.

So keep the date available and bring friends. Attendees do not have to be a CIAO or Beaver Club member. The event is open to the public and the script is child-friendly.

For more information and tickets, email ciaosecretary@gmail or call Nance at 673-9177.
