Dr. Seuss’ birthday celebrated at BOCES

Submitted Photo Students and staff in Special Education Division of Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES at the LoGuidice Educational Center in Fredonia celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday recently with a variety of activities and events, including story times, a make-your-own-mustache station in honor of “The Lorax,” a shell stacking game for “Yertle the Turtle,” a “Thing 1 and Thing 2” photo booth and more. Special thanks to teacher Val DeLeon’s classroom for putting together the festivities and to Special Education Supervisor Matt Moore for his lively read-aloud event featuring popcorn and goldfish snacks in the foyer.
