Jamestown — You can spend Valentine’s Day evening with your special someone while your kids enjoy an evening at Audubon Community Nature Center (ACNC).

On Thursday, Feb. 14, Audubon’s naturalists are presenting Valentine’s Day — Kids Night Out. Activities from 5 to 8 p.m. include board games, a visit with the animals, and play time in the new indoor nature play area in the Sky Room. A simple pizza dinner with sides is included. This Audubon Exclusive Fundraising Event is for children ages 4 to 12 (children must be potty-trained).

All proceeds support ACNC educational programs serving schools in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Warren Counties. These programs bring unique hands-on nature experiences to more than 19,000 students each year. Cost is $20 per child, and space is limited.

Deadline for reservations is Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019. Reservations can be made by calling 569-2345 during business hours or online through the Programs page at auduboncnc.org.

Audubon Exclusives are events and services offered by staff, board, volunteers, and friends in exchange for a donation to ACNC. Each one is distinctive and available only through Audubon.

Details for all the current Audubon Exclusives are on the Exclusives page at auduboncnc.org.
