Saturday’s comedy Night to feature Johnson, Davis at Northwest Arena

JAMESTOWN — Wits ‘n Giggles Stand-Up Comedy, brought to you by Bud Light and Comfort Inn, returns to the Northwest Arena this Saturday, Jan. 27, at 7:30 p.m. The night features JJ Johnson and Tyrone Davis.

Feature act, JJ Johnson is a new school comic who puts a unique new twist on life. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Johnson started his comedy life in high school before taking his act on the road. With more than 20 years of comedic experience, Johnson has worked with some of the best comedians in the game today. He has done benefit shows for the Cancer Society, Heart Society, and is in the Guinness World Records for taking part in the longest continuous stand-up comedy show.

Headlining Saturday’s comedy show is the one and only, Tyrone Davis. Davis has entertained audiences all over the country with his high energy and “take no prisoners” attitude. Whether he’s talking about his family, or politics, you never know where he’s going until he gets there. His comedic prowess has also landed him multiple television and radio appearances with the likes of Todd Yohn, Spanky Brown, Killer Beaz, Bruce Bruce and many more. He has entertained our troops in Kuwait and Iraq, and on Saturday, Tyrone Davis comes to Jamestown.

Wits ‘n Giggles is held in the Jamestown Mattress Arena Club located on the top floor of the Northwest Arena. Tickets for the event are $10 presale, $12 day of show and $5 for students.
