Photography of Riko Chandra to be on display as part of Art Trail event

Submitted Photo Pictured is some of the work by Riko Chandra. For this year’s Art Trail, Chandra is working on an Environmental Portrait Series of new generation farmers in Chautauqua County.

Artist Riko Chandra, photography, is one of 20 artists participating in this year’s Art Trail, which takes place May 26-27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Her work will be on display at 3943 Route 394, Mayville.

For this Art Trail, Riko Chandra has been working on an Environmental Portrait Series of New Generation of Farmers in Chautauqua County. To celebrate a “Decade of Art Trail Gallery & Studio Tour,” Gallery Reverie will represent Riko Chandra’s new work. The Gallery is also a wine and cheese bar, adjacent to Reverie Creamery Cheese Shop. The Gallery will serve a few featured dishes using the ingredients produced by the farmers who participate in the Riko’s new Portrait Series. Riko’s intention is to introduce multitude sensory experiences as well as appreciation of the farmers of the area to the visitors of the Gallery Reverie.
