Lake Shore students deliver bundles of warmth
ANGOLA — Since the week after Thanksgiving, the sophomore and junior class officers worked diligently to collect new and gently-used hats, gloves and blankets to be donated to the homeless. In December, the class officers, along with their advisors, spent the day distributing the items collected and volunteering their time at St. Vincent De Paul’s and Compass House. Lake Shore High School students and staff got to see first-hand the work that it takes to provide, food, clothing and shelter to those of all ages. Those involved would like to thank everyone who helped make Bundles of Warmth 2017 a success. Pictured from left are: Nathan Styles, Maela Murtha and Emily Gordon.
