Westfield community to hold Christmas Eve service
WESTFIELD — A communitywide Noel Candlelight Christmas Eve service will be held at Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, Monday evening, Dec. 24 at 11 p.m.
Come welcome in Christmas and celebrate the birth of Jesus. Symbolically beginning in darkness, the candlelight service focuses on the Light of the world coming to redeem! All are welcome to come and witness Christmas through scripture, song, dance and handbells.
Featuring Westfield area youth and adults, the service is organized and directed by Kent and Nannette Knappenberger. In past years, the more than 40 youth and adult member choir participants have represented as many as 13 different churches.
The offerings from the evening’s service will go to the Westfield Ministerial Association and will benefit the community. You won’t want to miss this exciting way to celebrate Christmas!
