Heritage Ministries recently honored its 2017 Employee of the Year for The Green in Greenhurst. Mark Akam was presented with a special award for his achievement. Akam is employed by Heritage as a maintenance assistant, and has been with Heritage for four years. Nominated by his colleagues for the award, Akam exemplifies Heritage’s core values which strive for: Respect for human dignity; excellence in everything they do; acceptance of every person; compassion for all; and honesty above all else.
