≤ CHAUTAUQUA — At approximately 10:30 p.m. on Saturday deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident with injury on Route 394. Upon arrival, deputies located a single motor vehicle with two occupants. Both occupants were evaluated by EMS personnel on scene and one occupant was transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital for a non-life threatening injury. Investigation is continuing at this time.

≤ JAMESTOWN — Lori Robbins, 44, of Lakewood, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Robbins was stopped in a road check on Route 60 in Jamestown and while speaking to Robbins, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.

Robbins was found to be in possession of a bag containing 16 grams of marijuana and a pill bottle containing 6 grams of marijuana. Robbins was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Ellicott Town Court on a later date.
