Mayville man charged in burglary
MAYVILLE — A 27-year-old Valley Street man is facing charges in connection with a Sept. 15 third-degree burglary and petit larceny at the Lakeview Hotel at 13 Water St.
After a lengthy investigation, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies allegedly discovered that Eric Courtier unlawfully entered the hotel and stole property from within the business. An arrest warrant was issued through the Town of Chautauqua Court, charging Courtier. On Thursday, he was located and placed under arrest.
Courtier was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.

¯ STOCKTON — A traffic stop turned into deputies charging two and arresting the passenger on Friday at 3:45 a.m.
Sheriff’s deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by William J. Bean, 33, of Sinclairville, on Route 380. During the investigation, it was found that Bean had a suspended licensed, suspended registration, and the vehicle was uninsured and uninspected, police say. However, while giving the charges to the driver, the passenger, Kayla Delcamp, 31, of Sinclairville, was found to have an active warrant for her arrest from the Jamestown Police Department.
Bean’s charges include: operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle. Delcamp was arrested and turned over to Jamestown Police.
