Chamber Choir Festival tonight in Westfield

Westfield High School will be sponsoring its 24th Annual Chamber Choir Festival tonight, Jan. 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Westfield District Auditorium.

Participating will be small singing groups from Cassadaga Valley, Clymer, Pine Valley, Sherman, Silver Creek, Southwestern, and Westfield high schools. The singers will rehearse that afternoon on pieces to be performed together and will join for a massed choir of 150-plus in the evening concert. Also, individual ensembles are given the opportunity to perform a few selections which will range in style from pop, jazz, folk, classical, spirituals, musical theater and more.

Tickets are available at the door for $3 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens. The Chamber Choir Festival has become an exciting tradition that does not disappoint!

Dunkirk Moose to hold Karaoke Night

The Dunkirk Moose, located at 296 Lake Shore Drive West, is holding Karaoke Night Saturday, Jan. 20, from 7:30-11:30 p.m.

Fredonia BOE to meet Jan. 23

The next regular Fredonia Board of Education meeting will be held Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 6 p.m. in the High School Library.

CCIDA Board of Directors meeting

The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) Board of Directors will hold a special board meeting at the CCIDA, 201 W. Third St., Board Room (second floor), Jamestown, on Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 10 a.m.
