¯ Bret Plucinski, 27, of Forestville, was charged with petit larceny on Feb. 25.

¯ Joseph A. Rosario, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and littering on Feb. 26.

¯ Richard Banach III, 18, of Silver Creek, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree possession of marijuana and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Feb. 27.

¯ A 16-year-old Fredonia female was charged with third-degree possession of marijuana and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on March 1.

¯ Edriese K. Walker, 26, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt on March 2.

¯ Harley D. Smith, 37, of Dunkirk, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of hypodermic needles on March 4.

¯ Samuel Agnew, 22, of Cattaraugus, was charged with open container of alcohol on March 5.

¯ Desean Cruz, 21, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree harassment on March 6.

¯ HANOVER — Denise L. Bennett, 51, of Irving, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely on Tuesday at about 1:45 a.m. According to reports, Bennett’s vehicle had been stopped by deputies on Routes 5 & 20 for alleged traffic violations, and after an investigation, it was ascertained that Bennett was intoxicated. She was processed and released with tickets. She will answer her charges in Hanover Town Court.

¯ Kristen E. Grant, 23, of Fredonia, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle on March 1.

¯ Julie A. Pierce, 36, of Fredonia, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle on March 1.

¯ Jeff A. Hoffman, 47, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment on March 2.

¯ Michael F. Laspesa IV, 33, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on March 3.

¯ Alex Colon-Ruiz, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged with open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation and a traffic violation on March 4.

¯ Howard J. Crowell, 43, of Dunkirk, was charged with open container and petit larceny on March 5. These incidents were separate; however, they happened in the same 24-hour period.

¯ Gregory N. Lockett Jr., 24, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief on March 5.

¯ Nicholas C. Vecchio, 22, of Fredonia, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations on March 4.

¯ Wendy D. Garrett, 48, of Dunkirk, was charged with petit larceny on March 6.

¯ Joseph A. Rosario, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia on March 6.

¯ Angel G. Ramos, of Dunkirk, was charged with petit larceny on March 7.

¯ Cheryl A. Thompson, 56, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to use designated lane and refusal to take a breath test on March 7.

¯ Geremy J. Rodriguez-Martinez, 17, of Dunkirk, was charged with petit larceny on March 8.

¯ Jacob F. Kaczor, 45, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on March 9.

¯ Michele A. Hetzel, 54, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment on March 10.

¯ A 16-year-old male Dunkirk resident was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing on March 10.

¯ Joshua M. Link, 26, of Fredonia, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on March 12.

¯ Larry E. Brooks, 27, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt on March 13.

¯ Peter Galardo, 36, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated and violating the conditions of Drug Court on March 13.
