¯ CHERRY CREEK — John Lukaszewski, 63, of Cherry Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated and more on March 3 at 3:40 p.m. Deputies responded to a property damage accident on Route 83. The investigation led to an accident which involved Lukaszewski. Allegedly, Lukaszewski left his lane for the accident. His charges include: DWI, driving while intoxicated per se with a blood alcohol content .08 percent and failure to keep right.
¯ MAYVILLE — Theodore L. Francisco, 26, of Westfield, was charged with multiple charges after a traffic stop Saturday at 2:43 a.m. Patrol observed a wanted suspect operating a vehicle on Valley Street in the village. Francisco allegedly has active warrants for his arrest. During the stop, officers also reportedly found a quantity of Suboxone and methamphetamine. Francisco was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was issued citations and turned over to Jamestown Police for the warrants.
