State Police at Jamestown
JAMESTOWN — Dillon Mescall, 20, of Panama was charged Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and Michael Segura-Pace, 20, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on East Second Street in Jamestown for loud exhaust.
Investigation allegedly found Segura-Pace to have 4 grams of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette and Mescall was found in possession of concentrated cannabis.
Segura-Pace was released with a ticket and Mescall was transported to the Jamestown barracks and later released with a ticket. Both will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

¯ Luis Bautista, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged with several offenses Sunday shortly before 2 a.m.
According to reports, deputies observed Bautista’s vehicle on Route 60 in the town of Dunkirk, driving partially in the turning lane. Bautista was stopped and, following an investigation, he was taken into custody.
His charges include driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely. He will answer the charges in Dunkirk Town Court.
¯ NORTH HARMONY — Ronald E. Blynt Jr., 45, of Harmony, was taken into custody Sunday at about 3:15 p.m.
Allegedly, Blynt had committed a traffic violation on Route 394, and after an investigation, it was found that he was in an intoxicated state.
Blynt was charged with driving while intoxicated per se, aggravated DWI and uninspected motor vehicle. He was released with appearance tickets and will answer for himself in North Harmony Town Court.
