¯ HANOVER — Nathaniel D. Bagwell, 33, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody Monday at about 4:15 p.m. after deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on Routes 5 & 20. Upon arriving on scene, deputies investigated and ascertained that Bagwell had been driving while intoxicated, according to reports; he had hit the car in front of him at a red light. His charges include driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent or higher blood alcohol content, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and following too closely. He will answer his charges in Hanover Town Court.

¯ CLYMER — Martin L. Winkler, 62, of Clymer, was charged with second-degree harassment Monday at about 4:45 p.m. Allegedly, deputies responded to a report of an altercation between two individuals, and after further investigation, Winkler was taken into custody. He will answer for himself in Clymer Town Court.
