HANOVER — Brian Stull, 30, of Silver Creek was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment on Tuesday.
At approximately 6:45 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office received the report of a disorderly male at a residence on Alleghany Road in the town of Hanover. Deputies arrived on scene and learned that Stull had allegedly threatened and made unwanted contact with a victim. It was also reported that Stull allegedly damaged property at the residence. Stull was charged and arraigned in Hanover Town Court, and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 property bond bail.

COLLINS — While patrolling Taylor Hollow Road in the town of Collins, deputies observed a vehicle lose control and rollover into a field. The driver exited the vehicle, and emergency personnel examined the driver, Christian Delany, 35, of Collins, according to a report. While speaking with the driver, the deputy allegedly detected the strong odor of alcohol and a breath test indicated a blood alcohol content level nearly twice the legal limit. Delany was taken into custody and charged with DWI, reckless driving, and five vehicle and traffic violations. Delany refused additional medical treatment and was released to a sober third party.
