¯ Hector Carmen-Burgos, 43, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon on April 3.

¯ Christian O. Marin-Sanchez, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon on April 3.

¯ Cindy Lou K. Reich, 38, of South Dayton, was charged with failure to keep right and leaving the scene of an accident on April 3.

¯ Natasha M. Feliciano, 23, of Dunkirk, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle on April 4.

¯ Eric A. Lewis, of Dunkirk, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, third-degree menacing and traffic violations on April 4.

¯ Crystal Marie Blakemore, 18, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment on April 4.

¯ John C. Tinstman, 51, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a probation violation, on April 5.

¯ Alexander R. Cieplinski, 24, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment on April 6; on April 9, he was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Alexander S. Sawyer, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on April 8.

¯ Jeremy Burke, 23, of Stockton, was charged with disobeying a traffic device and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle on April 9.

¯ Messiak M. Gonzalez, 29, of Fredonia, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary on April 9.
