¯ JAMESTOWN — Ashley Keeler, 28, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Tuesday at about 8 a.m. According to reports, Keeler filed a false claim for temporary assistance in December 2014, which failed to list her unemployment insurance benefit income. Because of this false information, Keeler received family assistance benefits in the amount of $980, to which she was not entitled. Her charges include petit larceny, fifth-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.
