¯ SHERMAN — Theresa M. White, 69, of Sherman, was charged with several offenses Tuesday at about 10 p.m. According to reports, White had committed several traffic violations on Park Street, and when deputies stopped her vehicle, they found that she was allegedly intoxicated. She was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. She will answer these in Sherman Town Court.
¯ ELLICOTT — Lidia M. Grazulewicz, 59, of Jamestown, was taken into custody on May 11 for driving while intoxicated, unregistered motor vehicle and refusal of pre-screen breath test. According to reports, deputies noticed an unregistered motor vehicle and identified Grazulewicz as its driver. She will answer her charges in Ellicott Town Court.
¯ KIANTONE — A 17-year-old youth was charged with felony driving while intoxicated — Leandra’s Law (child in the vehicle 14 years old or younger), driving while ability impaired by alcohol and drugs, moving from lane unsafely, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol on May 14. The teenager accrued this long list of charges after deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on the side of a roadway. The teenager will answer these charges in Kiantone Town Court.
¯ HANOVER — Syrena L. Neamon, 30, of Gowanda, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and speed not reasonable and prudent on Tuesday at about 3:30 p.m. According to reports, Neamon had been involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 39, and when they arrived on scene, they found that Neamon had swerved to avoid hitting an animal, driving off the roadway and rolling her vehicle over. She was evaluated on scene by first responders and then transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk for non-life-threatening injuries. She was issued traffic tickets returnable to Hanover Town Court.
