¯ Hector O. DeJesus, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on May 2.
¯ Eric A. Lewis, 39, of Dunkirk, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.
¯ Joseph A. Rosario, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia on May 3.
¯ A 17-year-old youth was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on May 3.
¯ Brett C. Plucinski, 27, of Forestville, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign and signaling a turn within less than 100 feet on Friday.
¯ Robert W. Lawrie, 82, of Dunkirk, was charged with second-degree harassment on Saturday.
