¯ Jamie D. Jensen, 21, of High Street, North Collins, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 20 at 10:26 a.m.
Gowanda Police previously arrested Jensen for grand larceny and, reportedly, Erie County Sheriff’s Office previously arrested Jensen for petty larceny from an incident in the village of North Collins.
Jensen failed to report to both North Collins Town Court and Persia Town Court as both courts issued a warrant, police say. Jensen turned himself into Gowanda Police and he was turned over to Erie County Sheriff’s Office in North Collins.
¯ Lyndyray Pembleton, 57, of Peck Hill Road, Perrysburg, was charged with move from lane unsafely, aggravated driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, on Aug. 20 at 9:14 p.m.
Patrol responded to a report of a property damage accident on South Water Street. Pembleton was involved as he showed signs of intoxication, police say, and he failed several sobriety checks. A Department of Motor Vehicles computer check revealed that Pembleton’s license was revoked on Oct. 16, 1990 for driving while intoxicated and again on Sept. 8, 1992 for another driving while intoxicated conviction out of state.
A subsequent chemical breath test concluded a blood alcohol content of .18, police say, which is over twice the legal limit.
Pembleton was arrested, arraigned at Persia Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail with bail set at $1,000.
