¯ Ronald R. Arrigo, 51, of Main Street, Versailles, was arrested on a warrant on Oct. 6 at 8:13 p.m. In 2012, Gowanda Police arrested Arrigo for unlawful possession of marijuana. Allegedly, Arrigo failed to appear one of his court appearance in the town of Collins, who issued the warrant. Arrigo was arrested and arraigned. He was later released to appear in court at a later date.

¯ Kaela S. Jimerson, 19, of Richardson Road, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, inadequate license plate light and fractured windshield. Patrol pulled over Jimerson due to inadequate license plate light and the fractured windshield. During the stop, a DMV computer check revealed that Jimerson’s license was suspended on Oct. 6, 2017 for her failure to answer a traffic summons in Collins Town Court. Jimerson was allegedly in possession of a small amount of cocaine. Jimerson was arrested and released to appear in Collins Town Court at a later date.

¯ Arlyn J. Schindler, 34, of Bush Road, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and avoiding a traffic device on Thursday. Patrol observed Schindler allegedly circumventing a traffic light by driving through parking lots. During the stop, Schindler was found in possession of suboxone, police say. It was also found during the stop that Schindler allegedly had unknown white powdery substance that was in a baggie in his pants pocket. The substance will be forwarded to the Erie County Central Police Services laboratory to determine if it is also a controlled substance. Schindler was arrested and released to appear in Persia Town Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending lab results.
