A male passenger provided deputies with a false name. Through investigation, the passenger was identified as Joshua D. Pelfrey. It was found that Pelfrey and Greenman both had valid orders of protection to stay away from each other.
Greenman was issued an appearance ticket for second-degree criminal contempt and released. Pelfrey was taken into custody on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and false personation.
Pelfrey was transported to Chautauqua County Jail where he was held on bail. Both subjects will appear in Mina Town Court at later dates to answer the charges.
