Dunkirk Police Reports
¯ Luis Jega, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 12 with third-degree criminal mischief.
¯ Michael T. Saxon, 37, of Buffalo, was charged Monday, Dec. 11 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
¯ Rodney Hawkins, Jr., 29, of Dunkirk, was charged Monday, Dec. 11 with resisting arrest, failure to dim headlights and unlicensed operator.
¯ Adrian Mivera-Valez, 39, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday, Dec. 10 with petit larceny.
¯ Jose G. Rodriguez, 44, of Dunkirk, was charged Friday, Dec. 8 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Jared Miernik, Jr., 22, of Dunkirk, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 6 with second-degree harassment.
¯ Sheyla Gonzalez-Colon, 20, of Dunkirk, was charged with unsafe backing, leaving scene of property damage and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
SOUTH DAYTON — Brian J. Lycett, 46, of South Dayton, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County court for violation of probation.
Deputies observed Lycett pull into his driveway operating a tractor and upon confirming his identity, arrested him on the warrant. Lycett was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail to await further proceedings.
