¯ Gregory Lee Galloway, 27, of Dunkirk was charged Monday with trespassing, obstruction, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Antonio Zendano, 21, of Fredonia, was charged Monday with larceny and resisting arrest.

¯ After observing a vehicle early morning on Monday operating with inadequate brake lights on Route 60 in the town of Dunkirk, deputies stopped the vehicle and concluded that the driver, Ashley Bass, 27, of Buffalo, was allegedly intoxicated.
Bass was charged with felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years), DWI per se and inadequate brake lights. Bass will answer her charges in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
¯ CHERRY CREEK — Jeremy J. Steves, 37, of Cherry Creek was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment for allegedly slapping another individual in the face.
Steves will answer his charge in Cherry Creek Court on a later date.
¯ FRENCH CREEK — On Friday evening of Dec. 22, deputies reportedly located a vehicle parked in the middle of the road on Ravlin Hill Road. The operator, Brett Rater, 27, of Clymer was deemed to be intoxicated and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, parked on pavement, unregistered motor vehicle and switched license plates.
Rater will answer his charges in French Creek Court.
