STOW – On Tuesday, the New York State Police arrested Justin Bement, 27, for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container and Sebastian Roetzel, 26, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Both men are North Ridgeville, Ohio residents.
Roetzel was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for speeding. While speaking to Roetzel and passenger Bement, the Troopers reportedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Roetzel was issued an appearance ticket on scene and was released. Bement was transported to State Police Jamestown, processed and released with an appearance ticket. Roetzel and Bement are scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court later in the month to answer the charges.
