¯ WESTFIELD — Jade M. Anderson, 27, of Westfield, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, loud exhaust and unlicensed operator on Sunday at 1:29 a.m.
Westfield Police Department located Anderson on East Main Street and found an active warrant out of Ripley Town Court for multiple vehicle and traffic charges out of the county Sheriff’s Office. Anderson was arraigned and sent to Chautauqua County Jail with bail that was not disclosed to the media.
¯ HANOVER — Wendi E. Locicero, 37, of Cattaraugus, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right on Sunday.
At 2:37 a.m., sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 39 for a traffic violation. The operator was identified as Locicero and deputies allegedly determined that she was intoxicated.
Locicero will answer the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
¯ SILVER CREEK — Connor H. Graves, 21, of Fredonia, and Nathaniel E. Crabtree, 36, of Dunkirk, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Graves had a unlawful possession of marijuana and a parking violation on Jan. 2.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office was investigating a suspicious situation on Adams Street at 6:40 p.m. Deputies found a small amount of marijuana, heroin and suboxone strips, police say.
Graves and Crabtree were given appearance tickets and will answer in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.

¯ PERRYSBURG — David W. Staffin, 52, of Dayton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI over .08 blood alcohol content and failure to stop at a stop sign on Saturday at 23:28 p.m.
Patrol responded to a vehicle off the roadway at the intersection of Dewey Road and Jolls Road in Perrysburg. He was processed and released to appear in Perrysburg Town Court at a later date.

¯ KENNEDY — Zeljko Ljubibratic, 40, of Mount Vernon, was charged for unlawful possession of marijuana on Wednesday.
Troopers pulled Ljubibratic over on Interstate 86 for allegedly driving 91 miles per hour in the 65 mph zone. While speaking to Ljubibratic, troopers smelled emanating from inside the vehicle. During the search, a marijuana cigarette was supposedly found.
Ljubibratic was issued an appearance ticket for Poland Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
