¯ MINA — Keith E. Kindler, 43, of Bailey Hill Road, Sherman, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment on Wednesday.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a disorderly person at 9:58 p.m. During an investigation, deputies found that Kindler was in a physical altercation with another individual, police say. Kindler allegedly damaged property as well.

Kindler will appear in Mina Town Court at a later date.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Emilee A. Carlson, 24, of Morris Road, Sherman, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Friday.

Sheriff’s deputies charged Carlson after an alleged incident at her residence. No other details were reported.

Carlson will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

≤ IRVING — A 49-year-old Irving man lands in Chautauqua County Jail after forcing his way past a county sheriff’s deputy to enter a residence on Thursday.

Michael R. Jamison was being investigated on scene of a reported altercation at 8:30 p.m. During the investigation, Jamison allegedly shoved passed deputies and entered the residence.

Jamison was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Jamison was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and transported to the county jail.

≤ SHERIDAN — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation into a report of suspected abuse against another individual.

Through an investigation, it was found that a 16-year-old male committed the offense of sexual misconduct on two different dates in December. The boy was issued two appearance tickets for sexual misconduct and will appear in court at a later date and time.
