Dunkirk Police Reports

¯ Alyssa L. Loveland, 21, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with second-degree contempt.

¯ Terry T. Young-Copeland, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged Monday with second-degree menacing.

¯ Timothy Branch, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a hypodermic device, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driver’s view obstructed.

¯ Jordan Hebner, 18, of Stockton, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment.

¯ Charles Rodriguez, 32, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 30 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle standing on pavement.

¯ Kendrell Stewart, 33, of Fredonia, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 30 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

FRENCH CREEK — After observing a vehicle committing traffic violations Sunday on Route 426, deputies pulled over the driver Russel F. Anderson, 49, of Youngsville, Pennsylvania, and allegedly found him to be intoxicated.

Anderson was charged with felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years), DWI per se, failure to keep right and moving from land unsafely.

Anderson will answer his charges in French Creek Town Court.

FRENCH CREEK — Deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by Michael B. Collins, 47, of Findley Lake on Sunday after he failed to stop at a stop sign.

Following an investigation, Collins was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, fail to stop at stop sign, fail to keep right and move from lane unsafely.

Collins will answer his charges in French Creek town court.

Westfield Police Reports

WESTFIELD — After observing a vehicle drive onto the front lawn of a residence on W. Main Street late Saturday evening, officers attempted to pull over the driver, Kendra L. Parish, 46, of Jamestown, but Parish continued driving.

During a short pursuit, Parish stoped her vehicle in the town of Westfield.

Parish was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, open container and crossing hazard marking line.
