¯ Dillon Miller, 27, of Fredonia, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and expired inspection.
¯ Bradys Del Villar, 20, of New York City was charged Sunday with open container.
¯ Justin Capuano, 22, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged Sunday with harassment.
¯ Taylor Speed, 19, of Hornell, was charged Saturday with open container, littering, and unlawful possession of alcohol.
¯ Aileen Pacheco, 22, of Fredonia, was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, fail to keep right and crossing hazard markings.
¯ Alyssa Stephens, 21, of Islip Terrace, was charged Saturday with open container and littering.
¯ Clifford Cummings, 33, of Buffalo, was charged Thursday with operating without interlock device, fail to use designated lane and fail to comply with lawful order.
¯ Steven Stravesky, 22, of Penfield, was charged Monday, Feb. 5 with second-degree criminal mischief.
¯ Demitri Rasseo, 26, of Erie, Pa., was charged Monday, Feb. 5 with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
¯ Elizabeth Stowell, 18, of Webster, was charged Sunday, Feb. 4 with open container, littering and underage possession of alcohol.
¯ Richard Banach II, 38, was charged Sunday, Feb. 4 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and second-degree reckless endangerment.
¯ Tyler Dalton, 28, of Fredonia, was charged Saturday, Feb. 3 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary.

¯ PERRYSBURG — Donovan C. Stafford Jr., 37, of Perrysburg, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 26.
At 5:45 p.m., troopers stopped Stafford’s vehicle on Mackinaw Road for an inadequate exhaust. Troopers allegedly detected an odor of marijuana while speaking to Stafford. The search found 1.04 grams of marijuana and a metal smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue, troopers say.
Stafford was issued an appearance ticket for Perrysburg Town Court for Feb. 8.
¯ BRANT — Keith G. Budziszewski, 32, of Silver Creek, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Jan. 27.
At 6:05 p.m., troopers conducted a traffic stop on Route 20 for an inadequate exhaust and failure to signal. Troopers allegedly detected an odor of marijuana while speaking to Budziszewski. A search found 4.34 grams of marijuana and marijuana edibles, state police say.
Budziszewski was issued an appearance ticket for Brant Town Court for Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
