¯ JAMESTOWN — Patricia M. Gray, 61, of Jamestown allegedly failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services of income received within her household from Oct. 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016.

This unreported income allowed for Gray to receive $3,244 in unentitled SNAP/Food Stamp benefits.

Gray was charged Thursday with misuse of food stamps, third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument of filing.

She is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

¯ CHERRY CREEK — After responding to a possible burglary on Main Street on Saturday, Feb. 10, investigation by deputies found that Terrence A. Musall, 32, of Cherry Creek, had entered a garage and remained there.

Musall was later found that night and given appearance tickets for Cherry Creek Town Court.

Dunkirk Police Reports

¯ Shawn Hallmark, 34, of Fredonia, was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ Dylan Dyedz, 16, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.

¯ Jeremiah Toliver, 38, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Raul Moreno-Guzman, 34, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday with false personation and disorderly conduct.

¯ Michael Banach, 23, of Dunkirk, was charged Friday, Feb. 9 with third-degree burglary, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.
