¯ GOWANDA — Kelly Luke, 46, of Gowanda was taken into custody Feb. 13 at 8 a.m. for a parole violation after a home visit by officers. After reviewing his movements from his ankle bracelet, Luke had allegedly violated the conditions of his parole the night before. He was transported to the Erie County Holding Center.
¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Daryll Bernard, 23, of Versailles was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Feb. 13 after being pulled over on Pine Street in South Dayton for an expired inspection sticker. Troopers allegedly detected an odor and a search found a glass smoking pipe with marijuana residue. Bernard was issued an appearance ticket and traffic ticket for South Dayton Village Court.
¯ GOWANDA — Two Gowanda men were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Feb. 14 following a traffic stop on Route 438 in Gowanda for illegal window tint. James V. Woyshner Jr., 19, and Christian M. Woyshner, 28, were in the car when and odor was detected. James was found in possession of 15 grams of marijuana and a pill bottle containing another gram of marijuana. Christian, the passenger, was found in possession of a plastic bag containing 11 grams of marijuana. Both were issued appearance tickets for Collins Town Court.
¯ DAYTON — Troopers responded to Bentley Road for a report of an unresponsive person on Feb. 16 around 9:40 p.m. They arrived to find 30-year-old Jonathan Masters being treated by emergency personnel, but refusing to go to the hospital. A computer check revealed Masters had an active arrest warrant from Gowanda Police for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Masters was taken into custody and transported to Gowanda where he was processed.
¯ CATTARAUGUS — Phillip Rucker, 22, of Gowanda, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Feb. 16 after a traffic stop on Route 353 in Cattaraugus for texting and driving. Troopers detected and odor and he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe. He was issued a ticket for New Albion Town Court, but a computer check also found an active bench warrant from the city of Salamanca. He was transported to Little Valley and turned over to Salamanca Police.
¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Dakota Mack, 31, of Leon, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 17 following a traffic stop for speeding on Dredge Road in South Dayton. Troopers detected and odor and noted signs of alcohol impairment. Mack failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the Collins barracks where he was found to have a .09 percent blood alcohol content. He will appear in Dayton Town Court in March.

¯ SALAMANCA — Danielle L. Williams, 21, of Versailles, was taken into custody Sunday by Salamanca Police on a bench warrant from New Albion Town Court for failure to appear on the charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was taken to New Albion Court and arraigned where bail was set at $1,000.
¯ PERSIA — Jesse D. Fairbanks, 32, of Cattaraugus was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Monday after a traffic stop for going 69 in a 45 mph zone on Broadway Road in the town of Persia. During the stop, a computer check found Fairbanks had failed to answer a summons in Salamanca City Court. He was released to a third party.
