¯ SOUTH DAYTON — After responding to a call Saturday on Route 83, deputies found that Eric T. Stalker, 43, of South Dayton, allegedly harassed an unnamed woman and proceeded to break a table that did not belong to him. Stalker was issued appearance tickets for second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on pre-arraignment bail.
Stalker will answer his charges in Villenova Town Court at a later date.
¯ CLYMER — After pulling over a vehicle Saturday on Main Street for a number of observed traffic violations, deputies allegedly found the driver, Ezra A. McWilliams, 27, of Union City, Pa. to be intoxicated. McWilliams was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failure to keep right and move from lane unsafely. McWilliams was processed and released with citations directing him to appear in Clymer Town Court at a later date.
¯ SHERIDAN — A senior citizen was overcome by a medical emergency Thursday, causing the vehicle she was driving to careen and overturn into a ditch off of Chapin Road. Joanne T. Martin, 83, of Silver Creek was transported to Lake Shore Hospital by Alstar ambulance.
¯ Police located a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway on North Gale street at approximately 7:20 p.m. Thursday. The police allegedly found the driver, Roger A. Wainwright, 46, of Westfield, to be intoxicated. After conducting a standardized field sobriety test, and after checking his license, Wainwright was charged with the following infractions: felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no stopping/standing/parking on highway, no/insufficient tail lamps, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, improper plates, unlicensed operator. Wainwright was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
