≤ A Blasdell man was taken into custody following a suspended license. On May 20 at around 12:15 a.m. on Erie Road, Noah C. Fallon, 20, was stopped for failure to dim high beams. Fallon stated to the officer that his license was suspended and upon verifying this, he was taken into custody. Fallon was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to dim lights, he was released and the car towed away.

≤ On May 21 at around 1:30 p.m., a vehicle operator was allegedly witnessed driving erratically in the southbound lane of Bennett Road heading towards Evans Center. Lisa M. Naab, 51, was at the wheel when an eastbound patrol received the call while on Erie Road. The officers witnessed the SUV cross into the northbound lane, over the center line then travel back into the southbound lane, crossing the fog line into a grassy area, nearly striking a telephone pole.

The patrol activated a stop though the driver was reportedly confused as to what was going on and struggled with placing the vehicle into park after numerous attempts. After some investigation the officers were told by the operator that she had taken some Xanax, Alrazopam and Tramadol. Patrol conducted standard field sobriety tests which lead to an arrest, charges include operating of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. Naab was transported for further evaluation at the Evans Police Department and then for a blood draw at Lake Shore Hospital; she was released and is due back in the Town of Evans Court on June 7.

≤ On May 24, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Oakland Street where a quantity of crack cocaine, powdered cocaine and marijuana, packaged for sale, was reportedly seized along with money. Heather McMullen of Angola, Amber Borzelleri of Angola, Gary Collins of Amherst, and Louis Rhone of Jamestown were taken into custody and arraigned in Hamburg Town Court. All four were sent to the Erie County Holding Center. Police were assisted by the DEA, the Southern Tier Drug Task Force and Town of Hamburg Police Department.

≤ A Blasdell man was stopped for allegedly travelling westbound on Erie Road at 56 mph in a 40 mph zone. David W. Heider Jr., 28 was found to have three active suspensions out of the City of North Tonawanda. He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speed violation and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He was arrested and released with a return date of June 11. The vehicle was towed.

≤ On May 24 at 1:41 p.m., Heidi M. John, 39, of Perrysburg was reportedly observed travelling southbound on Beach Road at an estimated speed of 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. Upon further investigation, it was found that the operator’s license was suspended. John was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed violation. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court on June 26.

≤ A Dolgeville man was stopped on Bennett Road on May 27 at 6:50 p.m. for reportedly travelling at the speed of 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. Anthony J Mussi, 26 was found to have had his driving privileges suspended on May 19 for failure to answer to a summons in the Town of Geddes. He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed violation and was released on an appearance ticket.
