¯ Luis Payes, 39, of Dunkirk, was charged on June 26 with fifth-degree criminal simulation and petit larceny.

¯ Marvin Harvey, Jr., 27, of Dunkirk, was charged Saturday with first-degree harassment.

¯ Amanda West, 26, of Dunkirk, was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of running a red light, two counts of no turn signal, two counts of running a stop sign, no tail light, fail to comply and unregistered vehicle.

¯ Nestor Rodriguez-Rivera, 32, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday with speed in lane, driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and aggravated DWI.

¯ Ronald Fox, 45, of Brocton, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

≤ SHERIDAN — Deputies pulled over a vehicle Sunday for committing several traffic violations. The deputies found the driver, Hilary Link, 25, of Jamestown, to be allegedly intoxicated.

Link was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

She is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.

≤ HANOVER — After being advised of a vehicle driving erratically on Alleghany Road, deputies located and stopped the vehicle Sunday.

Investigation found that the driver Ahmed Alarshi, 21, of Lackawanna, to be allegedly intoxicated. Alarshi was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.

Alarshi is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

¯ COLLINS — On June 25 at 11:40 p.m. a vehicle was stopped on Gowanda Zoar Road. Three individual passengers, Jack G. Spence, 19, Angola, Gage M. Laspesa, 20, Silver Creek and a 16-year-old male were found to all be in possession of various amounts of marijuana. Spence was discovered to have a small bag; he was charged with unlawful possession. Laspesa was found to be in possession of approximately 72 grams and was charged with fourth-degree possession and the juvenile was found to have around 39.5 grams; he was charged with fifth-degree possession. All three were released to appear in the town of Collins Court at later dates.
