¯ Juan Rivera-Rosario, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged on July 5 for driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unsafe turn and second-degree harassment.

¯ Adam Gawronski, 24, of Dunkirk, was charged Sunday with leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.

¯ Leanna Honaker, 23, of Dunkirk, was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Joshua Havilesku, 26, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with second-degree obstructing government administration, second-degree criminal trespass and harassment.
