JAMESTOWN — On Thursday at approximately 1 p.m., Angela F. Sines, 46, of South Dayton was charged with multiple counts of welfare fraud. It is alleged that from Jan. 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016, Sines failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services of income within her household.
