¯ Luciano Maldonado, 39, of Dunkirk, was charged on July 18 with forcible touching and second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Nicholas Link, 29, of Fredonia, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree grand larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and petit larceny.

¯ India Richardson, 27, of Williamsville, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment.

¯ Hakeem Trotter, 24, of Buffalo, was charged Saturday with unlicensed operator, criminal impersonation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ Eyhab Aljabaly, 24, of Dunkirk, was charged Saturday with third-degree possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯Rodrigo Vicente-Alcon, 21, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with first-degree sex abuse.

¯ Hector Soto, 35, of Dunkirk, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Westfield Police Department

WESTFIELD — On July 18, Chelsey C. Happy, 25, of Erie, Pa. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. At approximately 3:31 p.m. on July 18, Westfield patrols received an anonymous tip that a maroon Chevrolet Cruze parked on East Main Street in the village of Westfield was allegedly using narcotics. A short time later, Westfield patrols located that vehicle at 7612 E. Route 20 in the town of Westfield.

The operator was identified as Happy and further investigation revealed that she was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. She was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Westfield court at a later date and time.
