WESTFIELD — Early Saturday morning at 12:25 a.m., Westfield police officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on West Main Street in the village of Westfield. After an investigation, the operator, who was allegedly found to be intoxicated, was identified as Daniel T. Willow, 29, of Erie Pa.
Willow was arrested for failure to keep right, DWI and aggravated DWI BAC .18 percent or higher. He was released with traffic citations and scheduled to appear in the village of Westfield court at a later date.
WESTFIELD — On Sunday, Westfield police officers investigated a harassment complaint in regards to a male following a female victim in and about public places on several occasions over the recent past. On Sunday, at Tops Market, he allegedly made physical contact with her without her consent. The suspect was identified as Mark A. Maley, 52, of Westfield and was arrested for second degree harassment. He is to appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date and time.

CLYMER — On Monday at approximately 12:44 a.m., sheriff’s deputies observed a vehicle on Clymer-Corry Road in the town of Clymer commit a traffic infraction. Upon further investigation, it was allleged that Terry L. Vanderwork, 65, of Clymer was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated state.
Vanderwork was charged with DWI, DWI per se and inadequate tail lamp. He was released with appearance tickets and will answer his charges in town of Clymer court at a later date.
MAYVILLE — At approximately 2:12 a.m. on Tuesday morning, sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle after an observed traffic infraction that occurred on S. Erie Street in the village of Mayville. While deputies were conducting a DWI investigation, the operator of the vehicle, James A. Pruveadenti, 36, of Erie Pa. would not provide deputies his name and refused to cooperate with the DWI investigation.
Pruveadenti was arrested and charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration, DWI, inadequate brake light and unlicensed operator. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and held on pre-arraignment bail.
