NORTH HARMONY — On Wednesday at 12:52 a.m., sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on Route 394 in the town of North Harmony. A front seat passenger in the vehicle was identified as Thomas J. Mann, 27, of Jamestown. Deputies found Mann to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and methamphetamines.
Mann was taken into custody and after processing, was released with appearance tickets for seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He will appear in the town of North Harmony court at a later date to answer his charges.
