¯ PANAMA — On Sunday, Troopers responded to a reported domestic dispute at a residence in Panama. Kelly Gagliano, 45, of Panama was allegedly found to have thrown items at the victim, including a table which purportedly resulted in injury to the victim’s hand. Gagliano was charged with third-degree assault and is due to appear in the Harmony Town Court on a later date.

¯ JAMESTOWN — On Tuesday Troopers stopped to check on a disabled vehicle on Main Street in Jamestown. While speaking to the driver, identified as Jose Rodriguez-Robles, 23, of Jamestown Troopers allegedly noticed the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search revealed Rodriguez-Robles was purportedly in possession of a bag of marijuana. He was released and is due to appear in Jamestown City Court next month.

¯ On Aug. 13 at 12:25 a.m. patrol responded to a residence on Palmer Street for the report of a vehicle reportedly speeding by the residence in forward and reverse and sounding the horn constantly. While on location, patrol observed the reported antics and quickly stopped the car. The driver was identified as Kodie R. Skeels, 20, of Cattaraugus and allegedly appeared to be intoxicated. After failing several sobriety tests, he reportedly became belligerent and fought with patrol. A breath test heralded a result of .15 BAC and Skeels was charged with speed not prudent, DWI, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. He was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

¯ On Thursday at 12:05 a.m., patrol responded to a report of a disturbance at a Torrance Place residence. When they arrived patrol observed Rico A. Acevado, 22, of Fredonia walking in the middle of Torrance Place, allegedly intoxicated, with no shirt on, yelling obscenities as he appeared to stumble. Police attempted to interview Acevado with him allegedly becoming belligerent towards them as he attempted to walk away. As police attempted to arrest him he purportedly continued to be verbal with them and began to allegedly fight them as well. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
