Cattaraugus Sheriff’s Office

On Nov. 30 at approximately 2:50 p.m., sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody M. Kutschke, 20, of South Dayton for a warrant issued out of the village of South Dayton Court. Kutschke was arraigned in of Dayton Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail. Kutschke is due back in South Dayton Town Court at a later date.

¯ CARROLL — On Saturday at about 1:35 p.m. Deputies conducted a warrant check on Bragg Road for Victoria L. Miller, 26, of Jamestown. She was located within the residence and charged with three counts of second-degree criminal contempt and one count of fourth-degree stalking. Following an arraignment in Stockton Town Court she was taken to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 property bond.

≤ HANOVER – On Tuesday at about 9:33 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Dennison Road in the town of Hanover. Deputies identified the operator of the vehicle as Thomas M. Pelz, 66, of Forestville. Further investigation allegedly found Pelz to be intoxicated. Pelz was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, moved from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. After processing, Pelz was released with traffic tickets from Hanover Town Court.

≤ On Tuesday at about 12:32 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Route 5 in the town of Dunkirk. Upon arrival, deputies identified the operator as Edwin A. Reyes, 33, of Dunkirk. Further investigation found Reyes to reportedly be intoxicated. Reyes was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, moved from lane unsafely and unlicensed operator. After processing, Reyes was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
