MAYVILLE — Chautauqua County District Attorney Patrick Swanson announced the following recent pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:

¯ James Caloren, 37, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Jan. 10, by Acting Chautauqua County Court Judge John Lamancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of two and one-third to seven years in state prison, after being convicted of one count of driving while intoxicated.

¯ Jeffrey Myers was sentenced on Jan. 14 by Chautauqua County Court Judge David W. Foley to two counts to concurrent determinate sentences of four years and four years in state prison plus three years and two years of post-release supervision after being convicted of third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Michael J. Anderson, 47, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Jan. 15, by LaMancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of two to four years in state prison after being convicted of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

¯ Matthew J. Haskins, 37, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Jan. 22, by LaMancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of one and one-third to four years in state prison plus a $2,000 fine, after being convicted of one count of DWI.

¯ Jordan J. Thayer, 21, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Jan. 24, by LaMancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of one to three years in state prison after being convicted of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

¯ Juan C. Danh, 29, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Feb. 7, by LaMancuso on two counts to concurrent indeterminate sentences of one and one-half to three years in state prison after being convicted of aggravated family offense and second-degree identity theft.

¯ David Rodriguez, 28, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Feb. 14, by LaMancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of one to three years in state prison after being convicted of second-degree attempted assault.

¯ Robert T. Comber, 25, of Jamestown was sentenced on Feb. 21, by LaMancuso on two counts to determinate sentences of four years in state prison plus two years of post-release supervision after being convicted of two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Luis N. Martinez, 47, of Jamestown, was sentenced on Feb. 21 by LaMancuso on one count to a determinate sentence of two years in state prison plus two years of post-release supervision after being convicted of third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Caleb M. Wickstrom, 28, of Jamestown, was sentenced on March 21 by LaMancuso on two counts to concurrent indeterminate sentences of one to three years in state prison after being convicted of fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

¯ Richard S. Dean, 43, of Jamestown, was sentenced on March 21 by LaMancuso on two counts to concurrent determinate sentences of four years in state prison plus two years post-release supervision after being convicted of two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Rodrigo Vicente-Alcon of Dunkirk was sentenced on April 1, by Foley for one count to a determinate sentence of three years in state prison plus five years of post-release supervision after being convicted of third-degree rape.

¯ Richard J. Catanese, Jr., 20, of Jamestown, was sentenced on April 4, by Lamancuso on one count to an indeterminate sentence of three to six years in state prison, after being convicted of one count of third-degree grand larceny.

¯ Albert Chapman, 35, of Jamestown, was sentenced on April 12, by Foley on two counts to a determinate sentence of five years in state prison plus five years of post-release supervision and to an indeterminate sentence of three and one-half to seven years in state prison, after being convicted of first- and third-degree attempted robbery.

¯ Collin Slack, 23, of Jamestown was sentenced on April 12 by Foley on three counts to indeterminate sentences of two to six years in state prison after being convicted for two counts of third-degree grand larceny and one count of first-degree reckless endangerment. The reckless endangerment sentence is to be run consecutively to the grand larceny counts making it an effective of six to twelve years in state prison.

¯ Frederick Antill, 51, was sentenced on April 15, by Foley on two counts to concurrent determinate sentences of seven years plus 20 years of post-release supervision and five years plus seven years of post-release supervision after being convicted of first-degree course of sexual conduct and second-degree rape.

¯ On April 10 at about 2:50 a.m., deputies responded to a vehicle crash on Route 60 in the town of Pomfret. The driver was identified as Paul J. Perron, 29, of Jamestown. Investigation lead to the police allegedly charging Perron with DWI, aggravated DWI (blood alcohol content of .18 or greater), failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. He is due to appear in Pomfret Town Court on a later date.

¯ ELLICOTT — On Wednesday, at around 11:15 p.m., deputies allegedly observed a vehicle operating without tail lights on Fluvanna Avenue in the town of Ellicott. After stopping the vehicle, the driver was identified as Randy A. Haskins, 27, of Jamestown. Following an investigation, police charged Haskins with driving while ability impaired by drugs and operating a motor vehicle without tail lights.

He is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court on a later date.

While deputies were investigating the situation on Fluvanna Avenue, deputies identified an individual as Taylor Hernandez, 24, of Jamestown. The individual was allegedly attempting to identify as someone else.

It was discovered that Hernandez had an active warrant out of Ellicott Town Court. Hernandez was also purportedly in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. Hernandez was arrested on the warrant and later charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal impersonation.

Hernandez is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court on a later date.
