JAMESTOWN — Five new primary care providers are accepting new patients in the Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.

Xuan Huy Phan, M.D. and is now seeing patients at Chautauqua Medical Services in Silver Creek. Dr. Phan earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Roseau, Dominica, and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine.

Gaurav Ahluwalia, M.D. and Michael Guilding, M.D. are now seeing patients at Chautauqua Medical Services in Dunkirk.

Dr. Ahluwalia earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed an internal medicine residency at University at Buffalo.

Dr. Guilding earned his medical degree from the Universidad de San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Guilding and staff members are bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, in communicating with patients.

Christopher Hayes, M.D. is now seeing patients at Jamestown Area Medical Associate-GLPP.Dr. Hayes earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University and completed his residency at Saint Vincent Medical Center.
