Pine Valley Board of Education work session

The Pine Valley Central School Board of Education will hold work sessions on Thursday, March 23, Monday, March 27 and Wednesday, April 5 at 6 p.m. in the Board Conference Room to hear architect presentations. The meetings are open to the public.

Holy Trinity Church will present Stations of the Cross with live music and reflection from a contemporary perspective today at 6:30 p.m. This inspiring event combines the traditional stations with contemporary songs and a short reflection connecting Christ’s final journey to the Cross with the challenges we face each day in the world. Come and experience Stations of the Cross as you have never experienced it before. This event is free and open to everyone of all ages and faiths. Brocton Health and Wellness Fair

The Brocton Central School District will have a Health and Wellness Fair on March 16, from 5-7 p.m. in the school cafeteria.

The fair is for all ages and is being held the same night as parent-teacher conferences.

The Brocton School Health and Wellness Committee has reached out to numerous local organizations, all of which have a goal of helping people become and stay healthy in all aspects.

These organizations will have tables set up, offering information regarding their business, along with some giveaways. Also being provided by the committee are healthy finger foods, blood pressure readings and height and weight measurements.

The event is being hosted by the varsity softball team.
