Reed staff to hold remote office hours in Fredonia Jan. 10

FREDONIA — Congressman Tom Reed’s staff will hold remote office hours in Fredonia on Wednesday, Jan. 10, from 1-2 p.m. The meeting will be in the Trustees’ Room at the Fredonia Village Hall, 9 Church Street, Fredonia. Staff will be available to answer questions, gather feedback, and provide assistance with Medicare, Social Security, veterans’ benefits, and other issues related to federal agencies.

Board to hold

workshop

The Silver Creek Village Board has scheduled a workshop for Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 4 p.m. in the mayor’s office. The meeting is open to the public.

Fredonia Village Board to meet Monday

The village of Fredonia will hold its workshop and regular meeting this Monday, Jan. 8, at the Village Hall. A board workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7:30 p.m. Individuals can watch the Jan.8 meeting by going to the Access 5 Youtube page.

Fredonia Farm Festival Reorganizational Meeting planned for Monday

The Fredonia Farm Festival reorganizational meeting will be held this Monday, Jan. 8, at the Fredonia Grange, 58 W. Main St., Fredonia, in the downstairs meeting area at 6:30 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help with this year’s 50th year celebration. Help is needed in the following areas: sponsorship, entertainment, pie contest, children’s activities, logistics, clean up, set up, food tent, public relations, graphic designs, vendors and parade.
