¯ PORTLAND — Andrew S. Betts, 34, of Portland, was taken into custody Sunday at about 7:45 a.m. after an incident on Route 380.

According to reports, deputies had received a call about a vehicle in the roadway with an unconscious person in the driver’s seat. Upon investigating, Betts was found to be that person, and he was allegedly intoxicated and had marijuana in his possession. His charges include driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired, unlawful possession of marijuana and parked on pavement. He was released with citations and will answer for himself in Portland Town Court.

¯ KIANTONE — Dennis M. Denardi, 55, of Warren, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody Sunday at about 1:45 a.m.

According to reports, deputies stopped his vehicle on Kiantone Road for an alleged traffic violation, and upon investigating, Denardi was found to have a revoked New York state driver’s license for a prior driving while intoxicated conviction. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to maintain lane. He was released and will answer charges in Kiantone Town Court.

Fredonia Police Department

≤ Steven A. Glenn, 31, of Fredonia was picked up on an arrest warrant and released on bail on Jan. 1.

≤ Kevan J. Mcdonald, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, speed in zone, failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more on Jan. 1.

≤ Adam D. Bigelow, 25, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt on Jan. 1.
